Instructions for removing your personal information
At Irean Store, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow the steps below.
Option 1: Manual
You can manually remove your shipping address and contact details from your Profile page before logging out.
Option 2: Formal Request
Email us at delete@ireanstore.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" using your secondary account email.
What happens next?
- We will verify your identity via email confirmation.
- Once verified, all your personal data (name, email, phone, addresses) will be purged from our database within 48 hours.
- Your order history will be anonymized for internal accounting.
